Save money when you ll maintenance medications as a 90-day supply at a Walgreens family pharmacy or through OptumRx home delivery. If you’re already doing this through Express Scripts, the transition will be easy. It’s your choice to participate, but if you don’t, you’ll pay the full cost of your medication
and it won’t apply toward your deductible or out-of-pocket maximum. Walgreens90 Saver Plus applies to My Choice Plans only.
$0 Cost Preventive Medications
For My Choice Plans 1 and 2, 90-day supplies of generic preventive medication for conditions such as high blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes are no cost to you, even if you have not met your deductible.
For My Choice Plan 3 (PPO), you’ll pay 30% up to $100 for a 90-day supply. Diabetes Medications and OneTouch Supplies
For My Choice Plans 1 and 2, the deductible is waived for 90-day supplies of brand-name diabetes medications and OneTouch supplies. You just pay the 10% coinsurance (My Choice Plan 1) or 20% coinsurance (My Choice Plan 2), which will apply toward your out-of-pocket maximum.
For My Choice Plan 3 (PPO), you’ll pay 40% up to $250 for a 90-day supply. BriovaRx® — Your New Specialty Pharmacy Provider
For specialty medications, you’ll use BriovaRx, just like Accredo for Express Scripts. You’ll have access to experienced pharmacists and nurses who can provide resources and personalized support to help you manage your condition.
