Last day to use your current Cigna Choice Fund HSA card.

Receive your new HSA Bank debit card at home, ready to use. Access your account to update recurring prescriptions or to reimburse yourself for out-of-pocket expenses.
Company contribution hits your account. View your account balance at www.hsabank.com.

HSA Bank will be your direct partner for your HSA when you enroll in My Choice Plan 1 or 2. You’ll have easy and quick access to your HSA through the mobile app — track your health care expenses, view your portfolio and even set up direct payments.

• Unused funds carry over every year • Take funds with you when you retire
or leave the company
If you have an HSA and are moving to an HRA, you will receive a new HSA Bank card to access your HSA funds.
