Enroll in these programs from the Enhanced Bene ts link on My Resources or from the link on the con rmation page after you’ve made your bene t elections.
You don’t need to be enrolled in any other company bene t options to enroll in these programs.
Critical Illness Insurance
Receive money to help cover the cost of medical bills, rent or mortgage and other expenses after illnesses such as heart attack, stroke or cancer. Choose between a High and Low bene t.
• Additional coverage for your spouse is available, and children are covered at 50% of your bene t for no charge.
• Earn an easy $50 when you receive 1 of 23 preventive screenings — this includes your Know Your Numbers screening.
Accident Insurance
Gives you money to help cover medical bills, rent or other expenses when you have an accident, such as breaking a bone. Choose between a High or Low bene t for the following coverage options:
