Get Your W2 Sooner through Tax Form Management

Sign up with Tax Form Management to receive your electronic W2 in late January. If you have not elected to
receive your electronic W2, a paper W2 will be mailed by January 31.

ACTIVE COLLEAGUES:

Log into My IN-SITE
Select the My Policies & Resources tab
Select W2 Online from the Resources section to launch the external W2 website. You will be logged in automatically.
Select your 2023 W2 from the Recent Tax Forms section

FORMER COLLEAGUES:

Go to www.mytaxform.com
Enter 10260 in the Employer Name / Code field and press the Login button
Enter your User ID or register to create one
Enter your Password. If you don’t remember your Password, use the Forgot your Password link.
