Annual Enrollment Timeline
During Annual Enrollment (May 22 – June 5)
• Review your options and premiums. Use the new Plan Selection Tool to make the right choices for you and your family.
• Add your dependents — Click “Create a contact” in the Bene ts section of MyHR on My IN-SITE for each dependent you plan to cover and be sure to include their Social Security Number. Many bene ts allow you to cover yourself and eligible dependents, including your:
• Spouse
• Child(ren) under age 26
• Disabled dependent child(ren)
• Enroll by going to the Bene ts section of MyHR
• Enroll in Enhanced Bene ts such as accident and critical illness insurance
Eligibility varies by plan. See what you’re eligible for and the premiums in MyHR beginning May 22.
After Annual Enrollment (Beginning July 1)
• Begin using your new ID cards from Cigna and OptumRx, and debit card from HSA Bank
• Register on each carrier’s website and download the apps for service at your ngertips
• New payroll deductions will be re ected on your rst paycheck in July
