• My Choice Plan 3 (PPO) is your new medical option through Cigna, offering a lower monthly premium with copays for doctor visits and prescriptions
• Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy is now included in Cigna medical options
• Prescription bene t for infertility coverage lifetime maximum is now $10,000
for Cigna My Choice Plans Greater Affordability
• $0 monthly premium increase for My Choice Plans 1 and 2, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance
• Lower deductible, coinsurance and out-of-pocket maximum for My Choice Plan 1
Improved Support
• Plan Selection Tool makes choosing the right medical plan easier based on your personal, anticipated needs for the year ahead
