Adobe Acrobat: For best results viewing and printing PDF documents we recommend you install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader:

Check your security settings. Select Tools->Internet Options and click the Security tab. Make sure that JavaScript, cookies, and style sheets are all enabled.
