Use this page to change your Macy's and Bloomingdales Network password. Type your current password in the Password field for authentication. Then type your new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields. Then click "Submit" to save your changes.
New password may not be the same as your current password
New password may not be the same as your employee number
New password shouldn't be one of your previous 6 passwords
New password should be at least seven characters long
New password must contain at least one number (0-9)
New password must contain at least one letter (a-z or A-Z)
New password is case sensitive
You new password will expire in 60 days. The system will notify you 14 days before the password is scheduled to expire.
Remember your new password.
When you sign on next time, the system allows you five invalid attempts and then locks you out. Before you reach five attempts, click the 'Forgot/Unlock Password' link to access the Password Reset Tool where you can unlock your account or reset your password.
